This is a 30-min Cardio Tabata Workout.
It’s a High Intensity Interval Workout with a variety of cardio exercises.
There are 8 exercises done in 20-second intervals with 10 seconds rest between each exercise, followed by a 60-seconds rest after all 8 exercises. This is then repeated 3 more times.
