Very Important Information!
Paying in advance is optional but please be aware that an unpaid place is only provisionally secured for up to 48 hours before the class. If you don’t pay in advance to secure it, you risk losing your place to someone else if there’s a waiting list. The easiest way to book & pay for classes is via the BV mobile app. Alternatively, you can pay online, over the phone, or at any of our classes.
If you have been added from the waiting list within 48 hours of the class then your place is automatically secured and you can choose to just pay at the class. However, you still need to confirm your attendance and you will still be subject to the 6-hour cancellation policy once you have confirmed your place from the waiting list.
If you have to cancel a booking for any reason then please give as much notice as possible, as we do often have waiting lists for classes. If you do not attend a class you’ve booked or cancel within 6 hours (without a genuine reason) you will be charged for the class. Please read our full booking & cancellation policy for more information.
If you pay monthly, you will not be eligible for any refund on classes that you attend as part of your monthly membership fee.
*PLEASE NOTE: Whilst subscribing to email reminders & notifications is optional, please be aware that if you choose not to opt-in, you will not receive any booking confirmations or class reminders and if you book onto a waiting list, you will not receive a notification from us if a space opens up for you.
You can log into your account at any time though, or contact us, to check if you’ve received a space from a waiting list, to see what classes you’ve booked or to change your contact preferences.
