Here’s a breakdown of each type of class…read more...

Clubbercise is the brand new dance fitness craze sweeping through the UK – dubbed “a great night out, but without the heels or hangover”. It’s a unique, fun workout with a club-style atmosphere, done in the dark with only disco lights and glow sticks. You can burn over 450 calories in one class as well as tone your whole body. It’s 50 minutes of your favorite 90s club anthems right through to the latest chart hits of today.Find out more about this class.

Zumba Fitness is the very high energy, high-impact, 60 minute Latin-inspired dance fitness workout. It’s a real sweat-slinging calorie burner and will definitely give you a great workout. Find out more about this class.

Zumba Gold
is a lower impact 45 minute class and is therefore more preferable amongst older adults, beginners and those with physical limitations. It uses all the same rhythms and styles as Zumba Fitness but set at a more gentle pace. It’s a great way to just let yourself go and have a good giggle whilst also improving your fitness, balance, strength and co-ordination. Find out more about this class.

Fitsteps incorporates many of the Ballroom & Latin moves from the popular show ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ in a fun, easy-to-follow 45 minute class that doesn’t require a partner. It was created by two of the show’s dance professionals Ian & Natalie who know first-hand just how great Ballroom and Latin is for the whole body. Find out more about this class.
