HOW TO PAY:
Once you’ve selected the workout you want to view, just press play on the video and, after a few seconds, you’ll be prompted to purchase a multi-workout pass or enter a password. (The card payment process, via Stripe, is completely secure & encrypted)
*If you have already purchased a multi-workout pass, you may need to enter the password you received via email.

This is a faster-paced mat-based workout incorporating 21 Fitness Pilates moves in timed 1-minute intervals with 30-sec rest breaks between each move. This is 1 single video of a full Fitness Pilates (intervals) workout, including the warm up & cool down. View this workout
Seated Fitness Pilates 'Mix & Match' Workout
SEATED FITNESS PILATES ‘MIX & MATCH’
This is an adapted seated version of Fitness Pilates. This ‘mix & match’ workout allows you to choose which moves you want to do and how long or short you want your workout to be. This is a great workout if you’ve been stuck sat in a chair or at a desk all day.
