FitSteps was inspired by the show ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ and was created by two of its professional dancers, Ian Waite & Natalie Lowe. It’s a great whole body cardio & toning workout and let’s you dance like the stars of ‘Strictly’ but without the need for a partner.
