Once you’ve purchased your video pass, you’ll be able to play the video straight away. You’ll also be sent a confirmation email. If you have purchased a multi-day or multi-video pass, you’ll receive an access password for any future views.

This is a ‘Mix & Match’ Fitness Pilates workout.
You can make it as short as 20-mins or as long as an hour.
You MUST ALWAYS START with the WARM UP and ALWAYS FINISH with the COOL DOWN/STRETCHES but you can then choose which exercises, and how many, you want to do in-between.
If you struggle with some of the exercises, there are alternatives available for many of the moves.
Just click “select playlist” under the video that’s playing to toggle between the 2 playlist options. You can mix & match between the 2 playlists or do just do one or the other – whichever you prefer.

Our Fitness Pilates instructor, Sarah, recommends a mix of strength & mobility across the body.
An example of a 45-min workout – Warm Up, Thread the Needle, Spine Twist, VW, Back Extension; Leg Raises; Leg Slide, Relaxation/Stretches
Core strength exercises: Leg Slide; Table Top Tap Downs; Half into Full Rollback; Scissors.
Back strength exercises: Superman; VW (upper back & shoulders); Back Extension (lower back); The Square (upper back & shoulders); Swim Leg (lower back & glutes)
Thigh & glute strength exercises: Leg Rotation; Leg Raises.
Mobility exercises: Knee Drop (hips); Shoulder Bridge (spine); Knee Roll (upper spine); Spine Twist (spine) Thread the needle (spine); Swan dive (lower spine); Side Lying Open door (spine).
