We have 4 different Jungle Body Workouts – Konga, Jagua, Burn & Vypa. They’re all slightly different but they’re all really easy to follow, with only 4 different moves per routine, and they will all guarantee you AMAZING RESULTS!
KONGA – DANCE . SHAKE . SQUAT . TWIST . PUNCH!
KONGA is a fun, FIERCE workout with a fusion of Combat, Cardio, Dance & Sculpting set to the hottest beats from all decades, and all genres.
JAGUA – STRETCH . TONE . SCULPT . SQUAT!
JAGUA is a great body-sculpting, core-conditioning, balance & stretch workout with simple routines choreographed to a variety of music genres including Pop, R&B, Hip-Hop, Afro & Old-School music.
BURN! – CURL . DIP . RAISE . PRESS!
BURN! is a one of a kind Choreographed Dumbbell Sculpt Workout. BURN! Takes 1.5kg–2.5kg dumbbells and fuses this with dance inspired movements which will shape, sculpt and improve your muscle tone in your upper body and core. You’ll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning.
VYPA – FIGHT . PUNCH . ATTACK . JUMP!
VYPA® is a hardcore, high-intensity interval training workout aimed at lowering your body fat, improving your Cardiovascular health and sculpting your whole body. Vypa is inspired by Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts, Cage fighting, Hip Hop, Plyometrics and Sport Specific Training.

but feel free to bring your own mat!
