A one of a kind choreographed Dumbbell Workout. BURN! Takes 1.5kg–2.5kg dumbbells and fuses this with dance-inspired movements which will shape, sculpt and improve your muscle tone in your upper body and core. You’ll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning.
